With the brand direction process, expect your stale set of statements to be transformed into a functional guide. The exercises will be analyzed and boiled down to a custom-fit set of guidelines that can be used in onboarding processes for future team members and in aligning your current team. Your organization will be equipped with your personified brand, which will support decision-making, internal communications, and marketing efforts.

    • A Brand Archetype | From Jung’s 12 archetypes, you’ll get a clear depiction of your brand’s personality and values.

    • Voice Guidelines | Expect a clear and comprehensive guide outlining how your organization sounds, what words/phrases to use (and avoid), and your definitive tone.

    • An Anthem | More than a mission statement, your anthem will lead your company and inspire the work you do. Use this as a creative expression of why you exist and what you do.
